Location: Phnom Penh
- Monitor banking of branch ensure that activities run smoothly within prescribed time budgets.
- Conduct surprise checks tellers ensure that cash holding not or exceed approved limit any one time.
- Authorize payments that within his/her discretionary power.
- Start branch computer system (IPC) daily ensure that system shut down by end the day.
- Attend customers’ enquiries complaints, assist answering/solving if he can, otherwise refer BM.
- Appraise subordinates annually make appropriate recommendations their personal development.
- Train, Guide, Coach & Motivate staff providing excellent customer and ensure staff embed our Maybank Core Values their discharging duties
- Assist Branch in preparing branch annual budgets covering deposits, overheads, capital expenditure staff requirements.
- Provide referral potential customer Business Unit through marketing/liaising customers.
- Solicit Deposit growth Fee income such MAS, ATM, Remittances, etc
- Develop good rapport relationship customer ensure excellent customer are delivered.
Requirement
- At least Bachelor’s degree/Professional Qualification Marketing, Finance, Administration equivalent.
- High proficiency spoken written English language.
- Be versatile communication interpersonal skills.
- At least 5 of experience minimum 2 of experience leading team managing branch operations.
- Have sound understanding the credit and supervision be added advantage.
